Additional Fees

Unprovisioned E911 Call $250.00 per occurrence

We charge you for and register your E911 location. Should you choose to forward a call to 911 and the number you are forwarding is unprovisioned, you will be charged this fee.
Directory Assistance $4.00 per occurrence

This charge is when a user dials 411 for directory assistance.
